WHERE WOMEN RETURN TO relationship

A space for women who long to live with more presence, reciprocity, and connection to what truly sustains them.

Many of us have learned to keep giving, producing, carrying, and striving while quietly losing touch with the well we're drawing from.

But life is not meant to be lived in constant transaction.

Forests regenerate. Rivers are fed by rain. Soil restores itself when it is cared for. Our lives need the same wisdom.

Well Within Us is a place to slow down, listen, and remember what it feels like to live in relationship with your body, your inner knowing, the seasons, and the world around you.

What changes when we begin tending what sustains us?

When we start meeting ourselves as living beings, something softens.

We begin to notice

What truly nourishes us.

What leaves us depleted.

What wants our attention.

What wants to grow.

What is asking to be cared for.

This is about remembering how to live in relationship with life.

I’m Alexis

I create spaces where women remember how to tend what sustains them.

After years of burnout, striving, and searching for the next thing that would make life feel whole, I discovered that what I was longing for wasn't somewhere ahead of me.

It was available the moment I stopped leaving myself to find it.

Now I create spaces where women can slow down enough to hear themselves again, through embodiment, reflection, community, and a renewed relationship with what nourishes life.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only personal. It’s relational. We return to ourselves so we can return to relationship with one another and with the world that holds us.

“Alexis has a rare gift. She created a space where I could exhale, soften, and reconnect with myself without judgment.

The world needs more spaces like the one she's creating, and I have no doubt it will touch the lives of many women for years to come.”

— Eve Goodson

“Alexis created a space where I felt safe enough to be vulnerable, honest, and open about the things I often kept hidden.

Her support came from a place of genuine care and love, which helped me see my own strength during difficult moments.
