Truly Witnessed
There’s a longing that lives in many women.
For something real. For depth. For a space that belongs entirely to her. For someone who can be with all of her, the beauty and the weight of it. without fixing. Without needing her to be anyone other than exactly who she is.
Whatever is moving through you right now, it’s welcome here.
Maybe you are moving through grief, loss, or transition. Maybe something in your life is quietly asking to shift and you don't yet have words for what it is. Maybe you are simply done with the surface and ready for something that goes deeper.
You don't need to have done this kind of work before. You don't need to arrive with anything figured out. You only need to be willing to show up as you are.
This is what Truly Witnessed is.
A sustained, intimate space where we meet twice a month on Zoom for 75 minutes.
We begin with intention. With breath. With a gentle returning to the body and to what’s present.
You lead. I hold.
What wants to be felt, what has been waiting to be expressed, what’s ready to move, we tend to it together. With care. Without rushing. In your own time.
This is not therapy. It’s not coaching. There is no program to follow, no homework to complete, no version of yourself you are being guided toward becoming.
This is something quieter. And far more rare.
What we tend to together
We’ll tend to what is yours.
And we will tend to what was handed to you before you had language for any of it.
The grief you came in carrying. The unnamed losses of your lineage.
The story that lived in your body before it ever lived in your mind.
This is not only your healing.
What you metabolize here moves through you and forward.
Into the women around you. Into the way you love. Into the spaces you hold and the lives you quietly shape.
The ones who will feel the difference even if they never know your name.
Client Love
"Her presence is both grounding and uplifting.
There's a gentle strength Alexis embodies and it makes you feel seen, heard, and truly valued. She created a space where I could exhale, soften, and reconnect with myself without judgment."
-Eve Goodson
We work together over 3 or 6 months.
Because real opening doesn't happen in a single sitting.
It happens in the returning. In the slow, unhurried trust that builds when you know someone is genuinely, consistently there.
When you stop managing yourself even in the tender spaces. When you arrive.
Over months I hold your story. I notice what is shifting before you can name it. I remember what you shared at the beginning that you've already moved through.
That kind of being held across time is something most of us have never truly had.
-
You are longing for a space that is entirely, unhurriedly yours.
You are moving through grief, loss, transition, or a quiet but persistent sense that something in you needs tending.
You are done with surface. You are ready for something real.
You are ready to be seen. Perhaps for the first time.
-
Everything spoken in this space is held in complete confidentiality. What you bring here stays here.
I work with a small number of women at a time. This work asks my full presence. And full presence cannot be divided across many.
If you feel called, I welcome you to reach out soon.
-
That sometimes the most profound thing that happens in a session is that you rested.
Fully. In the presence of another human being. Without agenda. Without output. Without needing to become anything.
Just that.
And that the work doesn't end when the session closes.
It lives in Tuesday morning. In the way you move through your kitchen. In the pause before you speak. In the moment you catch yourself leaving and choose to stay instead.
The ordinary moments of your life are not separate from this work.
They are where it lands. Where it becomes real. Where it becomes you.
Client Love
"She created a space where I felt safe enough to be vulnerable, honest, and open
about the things I often kept hidden. Her support came from a place of genuine care and love, which helped me see my own strength during difficult moments."
-Jennifer Veal
A note from Alexis
Dear Sister,
I don't hold this space from training. I live it.
In my body. In my daily life. In motherhood and in every relationship that has asked me to grow.
The slowing down. The presence. The intention. The mirror.
I know what it is to drift far from myself. And I know the moment something shifts, when the body says enough and a deeper path opens.
This work is that path. Not a method. Not a modality. A returning.
To who you truly are beneath everything.
I will not hold this space from above you or ahead of you.
I will hold it alongside you. As someone still on the path.
With love, Alexis
Let’s connect
There is no pressure here. Just a genuine, unhurried conversation to feel together whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.
I would love to hear from you personally.
